Hello, I am running Hyper-V R2 with 08 R2 guests. All of my nic cards are
emulated. How do I configure them to be synthetic? I have installed the
integration pack.

Thanks

You need to open up the settings for the VM, select Add New Hardware, and
add a new synthetic NIC. You can then remove the emulated NIC, or simply
disable it in the VM. You can't change the existing NIC from emulated to
synthetic, you have to replace the one with the other.
