NIC connections not show up anymore on VMs

2 VMs of Win2K3 R2 are created on VS 2005. And they have been setup and
running well. Now the NIC connections are not show up on both of them. The
following logs show up. Any suggustion?

Could not initialize the emulated Ethernet controller

Virtual Server An error has occured during the creation of
Service Connection points for Virtual Server in Active Directory. Either a
domain controller is not available to complete the operation or there is a
security problem accessing the domain. This operation will be retried the
next time the service starts
