TrayApp/ kept coming up on the screen trying to install. i went on line and
was given advise to delete micrcosoft office . so i did now it's try to
re-install. i either want get it to stop .or re-install it how do i do
that ?

Did you ever get this problem fixed? I am having the same thing occur
(Trayapp keeps trying to install when windows first comes up). If so how did
you fix it? Please help.

It is the same for me. I can't install a fix because trayapp is trying to
install. I can't uninstall anything because it hasn't finished installing
trayapp. Where is the fix?

After I posted this message I continued to search to see if I could find
something. Take a look at the following link it worked for me. If you have an
HP printer this might fix your problem.
