Server 2008 Logon Workstation Issue

I have an operational domain that was working well then suddnely, the Logon
Workstations for every user suddenly changed from All Computers to a list
just containing the servers. The Default Domain policy specifies all
computers allow logon locally. I reset this but is self-reverts to the server
list after exactly 6 hours. Users get the message that policy restrictions do
not allow them to access that computer. What might be causing this to set and
reset so consistently?
