Third party dialog resource editor.

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good quality, feature rich resource editor
program, that, in particular, allows editing of dialogs.

The one built into Visual Studio is not quite up to par and is
conspicuous by its absence in the Visual C++ Express Edition.

I have tried searching on Google but to no avail.
