Error Updating to Project in PWA resource timesheet (in Tasks page

Hi
We are using project server 2003.
When resource trying to update the hrs in his/her timesheet, they are
getting the following error.
"There is a problem with updating your data to the project server.
Your logon information might not be valid anymore, or the data you are
trying to access may have been changed or deleted by another user".
Can anybody please help me to fix this issue.
