I keep getting the same error. Odd that I can't find a fix for this on
Microsoft.com yet. There has to be an antidote for this.

Thank you "Mustang1" for your posting. it help me fix my error. I had the
message "C:\PROGRA~\MYWEBS~1\2.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL" The pathway i took was
C:\PROGAM FILES\MyWebSearch\bar\2.bin
I copied "M3PLUGIN" from C:\PROGAM FILES\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin and pasted it
in C:\PROGAM FILES\MyWebSearch\bar\2.bin and it solved my problem.

Thank you

Help me! I have this same message on my computer when I start it up. I can
not figure out how to fix it. I tried going through the program files but I
couldn't find "m3plugin in the mywebsearch folder.

I also am now having issues listening to things on my computer. I get a
beep when a box opens up telling me something doesn't work but I can not hear
anything else, does this have something to do with this m3plugin issue?

If you haven't already done so, try googling m3plugin.dll and it should help
you resolve the problem

I googled it, and found this link which might be of some help to you

Hi,

I have a fix for the startup error message
"Error loading C:\program~1\Mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll"
Solution:
**********
The error is caused buy the startup "MyWebSearch".

1) Click on start and type "MSCONFIG" in the start search and hit enter.
2) Click on Continue, if it prompts.
3) Click on the "Startup" tab.
4) Uncheck all the "My Websearch startups".
5) Click "Apply , Ok and restart" the computer you will not receive the
error message.

Again go to the same MSCONFIG check those MyWebSearch boxes and restart the
computer you will receive that message.

Again go to the same MSCONFIG next to those MyWebsearch startup. You will
find the registyr location something starting with HKLM\.... make a note of
the location.

Then click on start type "regedit" and hit enter.
Before deleting those keys from the registry take a backup of the registry
using the following steps,

1) Click on File, select "Export" give a file name and save it in the desktop.

Then navigate to the registry location and delete the "MyWebSearch" keys
from the registry.

Reboot the computer the issue will be "RESOLVED".

I am "SURE" this will fix the problem.

Thanks & Regards,
Sag.

Obviously everyone's having the same issue. Is there a way to fix this or
not! It's a pain in the butt to have to KEEP CANCELLING the pop-up.
