IMPORT LIB FILE with MSVC6

I am using MSVC6. Is it possible to create a DLL import LIB file with only a
DLL ( I don't have source files of this DLL ) made by Borland C++ Version
4.52, or Must I to load this DLL with LoadLibrary ? ( It isn't
user-friendly )

In the Borland environment, a software ( IMPLIB.EXE ) allows to create a
Import LIB file with any DLL. Isn't it possible with MSVC6 ???
