Help with Roxio Creator 9

I need help. I have Vista on my New Dell computer, which came preloaded
with Roxio Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE. My InstallSheild will not update my
roxio programs. I put the installation disc in and got a message that this
programs is not programs in this dics will not be compatable with my windows
operating system. Can anyone advise me what to do, do I need to download
something online. It is stupid to download a program that is not compatable
with Vista. I NEED HELP SOMEONE.

I'm als having trouble with Creator & MyDVD 90. DE. I installed it in my
computor running XP. Right after installation and license agreement I got a
box wit a red x. Then I get an "invalid pointer" (comError, 800004003)
internal error 2343. Now I can't even remove this junk from my computor.
Roxio doesn't respond to pleas of help. What to do?

i am trying to delete this rubbish but each time i succeed in deleting it the
crap reinstalls as i am deleting it! how is this malware allowed? anyone got
any ideas on how to purge my laptop of this programs?

This so called "Clean Install" method does not work on vista. I have tried to
many times.

After the clean install process, I get past the part where you put in your
Key, then checks for disk space, and then it gets to the Install screen, and
just stays there. I left it there for more then 1/2 hour. Come on! I am
running a super fast system and it should just cruse in there.

Try getting help from Roxio,,, GO LUCK!!!! No help there, they want you to
upgrade, I had this working just fine on VIsta, and when I tried to upgrade
some files from them, I got to this proble. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!! Even
contacted Customer support, go luck on that matter. Get some bogus email
saying do this and do this, if that does not work Blame it on Microsoft!!!!
Right, its thier software, fix the bloody thing and move on.

No forking out another 100 bucks for something that does not work! Fix this
and I will he happy with my 100 dollar investment now.

I never had any problem with Nero, never!!!!!

Well if anyone has a real FIX's, let me know, or this disc is going accross
the pond!!!
