Where do you find nafxcwd.lib and nafxcw.lib fo Visual C++
6.0 ?
Contrary to what some of the online documentation says,
these files are not on my distribution CD.

You can find the lib files under the following directory:
<Microsoft Visual Studio directory>\VC98\MFC\Lib
