Nvidia Driver update

OK I am having this problem with this update, the NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTS
update, I tried to download the update from NVIDIA and for some reason it
tells me I have to go through GATEWAY to download it, I tried that and
everytime the installer starts it keeps saying that there are no upgrades
available for this driver for the 64-bit version of Vista. Two of the games
I started to play have both gave me the same message, that I need to upgrade
my driver and i looked around online and there have been later updates. How
do i do this?

I have the exact same problem, except I have the 32-bit version of Vista. I
haven't been able to play World of Warcraft for a while now, and no one seems
to have a clue how to fix this.
