how to enable hot tracking???

I know i did this before, but I have a blank and i don't remember the
LVS_??? for a listView / treeView to enable hot tracking (underlines and
puts text in blue like a url link when mouse over)...

Hi...

Look at the "Extended list view styles"

I think it is LVS_EX_TRACKSELECT

m_List1.SetExtendedStyle( nStyleEx | LVS_EX_UNDERLINEHOT |

The style of this type of TreeView is 0x0000DE00.

To add it to the style of the window, Add this line
to the PreCreateWindow function of your view class:
cs.style |= 0x0000DE00;

Maybe this is the same style for ListView.
