I'm using VC++ 5.0/SP3 on WinNT 4.0/SP3.

Of course, the default implementation of CWnd::OnNcPaint() is done inside of
windows it seems.

I would like to find sample code to paint the REGULAR title bar. I would
eventually like to paint an icon to the right of the upper left MDI child
window close icon.

Thank you in advance! :)

There is a KB article "How to Draw a Custom Window Caption"
Article ID: Q99046
(http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q99/0/46.asp) which shows
how to do it in case of a SDK program. I think you can convert it to MFC.
THere was an article by Paul Delascia about Gradient title bars in June 97
MSJ. Check out the "C++ Q&A" article in it.
