help compiler (hcw/hcrtf) missing in Visual Studio 2005?

I can't locate the subject... any ideas what happened to it/how to
install it?
This page mentions it:

so it should be part of 2005...
It was included in the default install of Visual Studio 6 and Visual
Studio 7.

Thanks.
Very disapointing that they pull a component like that and don't
mention it in the release notes. Well, they actually do mention it
(see link above) and say that it is still included.
Oh well.

Add a feedback/comment to that page - presumably someone will then get
round to fixing it.
