the 'engineers' came two weeks ago had no idea what the problem was and
re-installed everything muttering software problem (not covered by the
guarantee) but offered no explanation as to what 'software problem'
meant (it is a different dept). they also took a day to do it (2 people)
and charged 150 pounds an hour.
the same has happened again (ie the computers current state is dead)
they are threatening to charge again when they come out!!
Now I know you cannot install Japanese applications on to English win95
(unless they are special editions) but can you install english office97
onto Japanese win 95? or is it a problem with ichitaro 6.3 (designed for
win3.1)
I would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks in advance.
