16-bit compiler and linker

Hi,

I need to compile and to link the application to Windows 3.1 operation
system. Can I use Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 to do this? If no, what version
of C++ can I do?

The last version of Visual C++ that supported Win16 development was
1.52.

You need VC 1.5x for 16-bit applications.
