DriverLINX Port I/O

1) I've been trying to download DriverLINX Port I/O from
www.driverlinx.com/DownLoad/dnload.htm for the last few days but when I
click on the link for downloading it leads me to a form that I have to fill
out. When I do and click on the "Submit" button their website takes me
right back to the downloads page. Round-and-round we go! Has anybody
successfully downloaded the Port I/O driver in the last few days? I tried
sending an email to their support email address but it bounced back to me.

2) From some other posts and reading I have found that the Port I/O package
has these two files for port access: DLPORTIO.DLL and DLPORTIO.SYS. Do
these files have to be installed or can they simply be copied to the proper
folders on the target machine?

3) If the two files can be copied, can I copy them to the folder where my
program lives and run them from there?

I had no trouble downloading it. Maybe your server is blocking exe
files somehow.
