I've got my program working the way I want and now I thought I'd tackle the
install shield that comes with VC 6.0. If this is not the place to ask, let
me know. I was wondering about dlls and which ones to include. My program
is a single dialog box with no external files being used. Does the Install
Shield automatically include the necessary files? It doesn't look like it
to me, but thought I'd ask. Thanks!

First, after installing InstallShield look for another command in your Tools
menu. It's some sort of wizard. Click it and theoretically, IS should run
and detect other files. Hope this helps.
