Keys are mixed up. DevStudio thinks its German?

When I type the 'y' key, I get a 'z'. When I type a backslash, I get a '#'.
A ':' gets me a little o umlaut. I think my keyboard thinks its in German.
This doesn't happen in Word, Notepad and other progams, only MS Dev 6. How
can I make my keyboard immigrate back to the new world?
