ctl3d.h in VisualC++.NET

What happen to the header ctl3d.h? I haven't had any luck grepping for
symbols from the MSVC++6.0's copy of ctl3d.h. I've been compiling with some
3rd party code which includes ctl3d.h in the main header and I'm hesitant to
just comment it out.

Mark,

ctl3d hasn't been needed since Windows 95. Ditch it unless you still
need to build 16-bit Windows 3.x or NT3.x programs.
