Problems installing DAO 3.5

I have problems registering dao350.dll on the clients machine. The error
code is 1157 (dll not found).

I copied all the files listet in daosetup.rtf (in DaoSDK), but there is
still one dll missing!

I had a similar problem it had to do with the new version of mfc42.dll
which has been split. As far as I can remeber the other file needed was
mfc42loc.dll bnut I'm not quite sure!

Installing both DAO is more complicated that just copying the files
into the correct directories. You must self-register many of the
files, and they must be registered in the correct order. You also need
to install the ActiveX redistributables.

Save yourself a lot of time and effort with Exemplar Setup Toolkit. It
works with Visual C++, and it knows how to install DAO. It costs
US$199, and a free trial version is available on our web site.
