How to format a table using formulas/VBA in MS access?

I am trying to work out a way to format a table imported from a text file. It
currently looks like follows;
Field1 Invoice Value
Batch No: 43214141
1 5364542 $232
2 3434414 $767
3 4464747 $676
currently looks like follows;

Batch No: 43214141
1 5364542 $232
2 3434414 $767

Field1 Invoice Value
Batch No: 686968899
1 1368623 $898

I need to get the batch number to show against each invoice number instead
of grouping at the top for the whole batch. How do I do this in access?
