When ID_OLE_INSERT_NEW message is processed, by default, the
COleInsertDialog is used to provide the UI. And I think the
OleUIInsertObject method is eventually executed to provide a list of
OLE programs available in the system. How can I alter the program
list as provided by the OleUIInsertObject? For example, I want to
remove one of the available programs of my own from the list.
