there's nothing in msdn but the quickview of user32.dll (nt4) shows this
function

I try to lock a workstation if the mouse moves but the LockWorkStation

It takes parameters, which no one (to date) has figured out, although the
expertise of those who have tried is unclear. You are kind of on your own
trying to figure it out....

The MSDN defines this call as

BOOL LockWorkStation(VOID);

which translates into

Declare Function .. lib ... LockWorkStation() As Long

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero. If it fails, the
return value is zero.

This function has the same result as pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and clicking Lock
Workstation. To unlock the workstation, the user must log in.

Common reasons for failure include no user is logged on, the workstation is
already locked, the process is not running on the interactive desktop, or
the request is denied by the Graphical Identification and Authentication
(GINA) DLL.

Requires Windows 2000

Yes Randy... we know. Emmanuel even mentioned it. He was looking for info on
the undoc'ed function that exists in NT4, LockWindowStation. AFAIK no one
has cracked that nut, yet.

Sorry .. didn't see the small print. And I didn't see the API name
difference. Man, I need two coffees before answering these on Sunday
mornings.

Well, you could always grab your debugger, hang out in the disassembly, and
reverse-engineer the function to make it up. :-)

Just kidding <g>
