Can't Adjust Display in MCE

I have MCE 2004 (I think) on XP w/ SP2. MCE seems to run alright, but, I
can't use the "Adjust Display Settings" to correct the MyTV display.
Everytime I click on "Adjust Display Settings", it will take me the Media
Center 2005 home page instead of letting me set anything. Also, TV signal
(via S-Video) on MyTV gets squeezed into the letterbox size, so, the image is
very thin.
