Parse With Chat Application

Hi

i want to create chat app with data storage and push notification in parse.

parse charge after 30 Request per second.

if i create app then my App have to ping to server for new message in every
two second. so support 60 user download this app then i has to pay. so is there any other Logic to do that .


in short parse is valid for Chat Application
