VB 6 Printing in Windows 7 64 bit

We print forms using a file with HP PCL codes. It works in our office with
Windows 7, 32 and 64 bit, but in a customer's office the program can't always
find the laser file. The file is locatied in the folder with the program,
but it refuses to be found. Other forms print correctly with the same type
of file. We think Windows is looking in the wrong folder for the file. We
see a zero length file with that name in the user folder and don't know if
that effects the printing procedure.
