Compiling an Icon?

Pardon the sudden influx of questions in so short a time. My network
connection has been down for three days...

I looked in the Options button area of the compile and it looks as if
the icon can be changed before the program is compiled but I don't know
how it works, Help. Can you control what icon is used so that the EXE
file has the desired icon? I don't want to change it through properties
after it is compiled if I don't have to.

On the main form of the program change the icon in the properties.
