After having made the move to SBS2008 from SBS2003, I find my (old and worn)
Dell 942 all-in-one no longer works on a Win2K workstation. It's time to
replace this printer anyway so I'm shopping for a new printer/fax device.

I have a working fax modem -- via a USR v.everything on the SBS2008 box.
Here is the crux of the question. What criteria must a new all-in-one
printer (either with or without the fax modem) meet to scan papers to fax
whilest connected to the server?

Wrong newsgroup. This one's for Visual Basic and more specifically the
Setup Wizard included with VB.
