Did you manually spam every single MS group? I don't think so.

Not just the MS groups... his message appears in some of the alt and
comp.lang groups too! And not just VB ones either. I've seen it in
comp.lang.basic.visual, alt.anagrams, comb.lang.basic.powerbasic,
comp.lang.basic.realbasic, etc.
