This is the first of 6 downloads that start to install then at 15% stall and
no more is added. I did the malware removal as stated in soem of the
instructions but nothing works. I tried to hide the this download and start
the next but that one stopped at 18% installatiion as stated below:

I went to see about the error code but there are no code ending in BA only BE.
I have 6 updates waiting to download.
