Insert MSDN CD1. and it doesn't like it:
- "The specified location is invalid. Please choose another"
Try all 3 MSDN CDs and both VB6 CDs. No good. Same problem.
Then Install MSDN (using the MSDN CD1) by running SETUP.EXE on that CD
- From within VB I now try Help-Contents, get "The MSDN collection does not
exist. Please reinstall MSDN"
I'd like to have VB6 help available SOMEWHERE.
This is rediculous, I can't believe the amount of 100% non-productive time
I've spent on this already.
I've de-installed and re-installed twice, what are the EXACT STEPS to get
help files into VB6???????
s.DR
I would like to know if I can Install the VB help on a hard drive so I don't
have to tie up a cd drive with this!

Hi there,
If You have the cd-set from "Microsoft beta Evaluation Program" Vol.38 (June
1998) then You can use discs "M" and "N". They are the MSDN Library cd's
from the Visual Studio 6.0 beta and they work fine on my VB 6 Enterprise.

If you find out anything from your supplier, let me know. I am having
the same problem with Select and my supplier has not found out
anything yet
Thanks...
