How do I implement Help files in my VB project?

Someone in our project is working on Help files and I'm supposed to make
calls within that form. Any ideas how I do this?

I downloaded a program called vb helpwriter from the following site

I thought it was great. They have a shareware version you can try. It
goes through your vb program and automatically adds the code and sets up
your help file. From there its easy to modify.

Look in the tools directory of the VB cd. Got a help file program there
already.
