I want to schedule a task that will change the system's sound volume. I can
run sndvol.exe from the task but don't know what to put as the arguments in
the task. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit.

Basically, if you know how to change the volume level from only the command
prompt, it will help a great deal.

Okay, seriously, then "DOS" in the group's name means *DOS*, not the Windows
command line. I suggest asking Windows questions in a different group, one
more suited to the task at hand.

FWIW, sndvol32 takes no arguments. You need to either script the volume
sliders with something like SendKeys in VBScript, or else (much better) use
the Windows API to do what you want. (I can't tell you what API to use;
someone else might know.)
