Flip and move a transparent image

Hi all.,

I would like to do a simple animation of a Poker card that rotates
over the Y axis and then moves to a particular area of the screen
(that has a backgound image).

Here is an quite good example created using Flash of what I have in
mind:

I wondering if you can give me light about how to face this out
