Problem publishing with ClickOnce

ClickOnce. It has been working this way for months and months, but,
all of a sudden, today it stopped working. I can't identify anything
that has changed recently, but clearly something has. I am including
the full log below, but the main issues appear to be:
Exception occurred loading manifest from file MyApp.exe: the manifest
may not be valid or the file could not be opened.
File MyApp.exe is not a valid Portable Executable (PE) file.
PE file does not have enough data.
Any ideas why this error would be occurring all of a sudden? It occurs
on at least four different PC's tested so far.

This newsgroup's for VB6 and under. You want to post to a dotnet newsgroup.
Those all have "dotnet" or "vsnet" in their names.
