Does anyone know how to populate a setup project "Version" property (which
can be added to the WelcomeDialogText as [ProductVersion]) with the same
value as the project's AssemblyVersion value or FileVersion value? I'd like
to show the app version number on the setup Welcome dialog.

It sounds like you are using the .Net Framework development product and not
VB.
