I have created a .chm file with html worlshop. wanted to ask that while
deploying vb6 application shd i need to add only .chm file or all other htm
files too.

Only the .chm file.
You may or may not want to supply the .cnt file (contents file). Usually
this file is created when the .chm file is first used, but permissions on
the target may dictate it be "installed". But this is rare.
In any case you don't need to supply any files used to create the .chm.
