40041, - Object Collection: Couldn't find item indicated by text

I am trying to update a record and recieve the

40041, - Object Collection: Couldn't find item indicated by text

error message. If I take that same update statement to access and paste it into
a query it runs just fine. I then changed the query in access to be a pass
through querry, and it still worked fine.

I am not sure what to look for or where to go. Any help would be great....

I have found the problem. If you create a resultset before you issue a
connnection.Execute (SQLStatement). It will return the Rdo error 40041 error. I
am not quite sure why, but it does.
