hi

we are having some problems with registering shdocvw.dll and amovie
controls

we have a visual basic 5 application who uses webbrowser and amovie
controls, it works fine on windows with vb installed on it, in others
we tried to register the dll's and ocx's but it does not seems to work

as an a alternative solution we tried to create a setup with the vb
wizard setup but it also fails to register shdocvw.dll, with no
messages nor options but try again or cancel it

any kind of help will be appreciated
thanks a lot

You need to install Internet Explorer to use these dll's. You should use the
IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) if you wish to distribute IE
with your application.
