I have exhausted everything I know of to get the OLEDrag to work. but cannot
do it.
OLEDragStart does not activate.
I have been able to get OLEDragDrop to work so I can drag externals to the
UserControl.
I have been able to drag from the control to another native control on the
form, but cannot get OLEDrag to drag off the form to say Windows Explorer.
I have done this with a ListView, but not a user control.
What am I missing to the the UserControl OLEDragStart to fire?
Or is there a different way?
