problem with active reports after installation

I got a vb program to continue to work on and I installed the
neccesery components on my computer.
one of the components was active reports.
under the folder there were several of installation files:
-old version of active reports
-new version of active reports
-active reports pro
in the program you can produce several of reports,one of the problem
that i face is that the report is working ok on my computer but when
i'm making an exe file and placing on another computer that doesnt
have the pro the non english letter are not appearing
correct(unicode).
i tried to uninstall the pro but then i'm not getting correct the non
english letters.
i know for sure that on the computers that this program was working
in
the past there was no active reports pro installed.
does anyone have any idea how can i fix this problem?the non engish
letters do no appear good(unicode) and its taking long time till it
produce the report
