Run-time error 462: The remote server computer does not exist or is unavailable.

Hi,
I am getting a "Run-time error 462: The remote server
computer does not exist or is unavailable", only if access
the component from Windows NT machine, which is my client
machine and the components are in Windows 2000. After
going through the documents from microsoft troubleshooting
i couldn't solve the problem. Can any one help me how to
solve this peculiar problem. The documents which i have
already seen are

I tried with the solutions he is providing but it never
helped to solve my problem i keep getting the same error.
Can any one help me in solving this problem. Thanks in

Ajoy,

Can you ping by name the Win2000 server from the WinNT machine? I would
suggest going over Q269330 again because that article really will solve
most DCOM issues. You may want to check the following article, but I don't
think it will apply in your situation:

You may also want to try the following article in order to narrow down your
problem:

To find a KB article you can type "MSKB articlenum" into Internet
Explorer's Address Bar (without the quotes) or you can go to
http://support.microsoft.com.
