Access Database error '800a9c68'

I am working on a web based database project using an Access database. I

am running NT 4.0 server and IIS.
I can run the project from within VB, either locally or accessed from
the internet, but when I make the .dll the project produces:-

Support2 error '800a9c68'

Application-defined or object-defined error

/support2/WebClass1.ASP, line 13

When I include an error handler I get a closed or invalid connection
error msg.

This is a new area for me, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
