Error 484 - What does it mean?

A customer of mine is getting runtime error 484. The most the Knowledge
Base says is that there "is a problem getting information from the
system...check to make sure the printer is set up properly."

They are able to use Word, though, without any problems.

Could someone please let me know what's going on?

Don't know if I can give you the exact reason why this is occurring,
but it used to be that this error indicated that the print driver
information in the WIN.IN file was invalid or missing.
