UserConnection1 was not a loaded control class in Windows 7

Hi,
Any idea why I am getting this error or how to overcome. My project
was good in Windows XP then we upgraded to Windows 7. I am getting
this error when trying to run my project.
Line 2: Class {FB079AE3-551B-11CF-A0BE-00AA0062BE57} of control
UserConnection1 was not a loaded control class.
Line 0: The file C:\project\UserConnection1.Dsr could not be loaded.
