Dumb Super Newbie question

I downloaded the USMT tool and I cant find it anywhere. Does this tool have
an interface or where do I begin? I read the material about the Load and
ScanState but I cant find a GUI or?

Plese help without the laugh.

No GUI it is a dos-shell command. As an example: you should load the tools in
a subdirectory (example - c:\usmt). Next you should select start, run, and
enter cmd.
Your dos shell window will appear. From this window navigate to the location
by typing c:\usmt. From this location you will be able to run scanstate or
loadstate.
