USMT 3.01 XP to XP

I've been trying to master the USMT tool and have been using it succesfully
in certain scenarios. I'm trying to migrate user accounts from XP to XP in a
AD environment logged in with admin privs. The scanstate and loadstate run
succesfully (or so it seems) but when I try to log in after the loadstate it
recreates a new profile and adds a .vha11 (our domain) to the end of the new
profile.
So to explain...the loadstate creates the profile scott but when I look in
the profile it doesnt have any of the ntuser.dat or other files. I log into
my domain and it just creates a new profile called scott.vha11.
Any thoughts? I've been racking my brain for awhile on this.
