Problem Accessing Video

I have Windows 7 and IE9 with Windows Media Center. There is an option for
MSN Video Player but when I select a video an error message is displayed
"The was a problem accessing this - try another" The video proceeds to
play but the error message cannot be deleted and there are no controls to
pause, fast forward, rewind or stop the video. Has anyone any idea how to
cure this problem please?
