How do I feedback Win 7 MCE Channel Database corrections?

I have a new PC which I built myself on which I've just installed Windows 7
Home Premium. The TV Card is a ComproTech E900F and it receives all four of
the Analog channels (1-4) currently available in this area (SL8 5DQ), all
from the nearby Wooburn Transmitter. On setting up the channels, neither of
the mapped pre-sets works and although the guide shows the correct channels
in preset mode, none of them are at the frequencies expected. I therefore
need to set it up using unmapped channels and customise guide/channel setup
every time.

How can I contact the powers that be responsible for the relevant
database(s) and get this permanently fixed? I want the act of putting in my
postcode to result in a correct setup with no further customisation required.
